Mourinho Not The Cause Of Chelsea Poor

Mourinho Not The Cause Of Chelsea Poor Form – Mikel

Super Eagles midfielder, John Obi Mikel, is unhappy with the recent poor form of Chelsea this season.
The Blues have failed to win any of their last four games (against Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Everton and FC Basel) and this has left a bitter taste in Mikel’s mouth.
The 26-year-old has now raised a war cry at Stamford Bridge insisting that normal service must resume at the London club.
Mikel however confessed that Chelsea did not deserve to win the game on Wednesday night.
“If we play the way we did against Basel, we have a chance of losing to anyone we play.
The Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho has come under scathing criticism following the loss to FC Basel but Mikel has now absolved the “Special One” of any blame.
“The manager spoke about how we had to put them under pressure from the first half, the first minute, and then they don’t have a chance to win here.
“But we didn’t do that, it’s very disappointing. And it’s very disappointing to our fans, the way we lost the game. Coming from another defeat at Everton, we wanted to use this game to put things right but we didn’t.
